About Raymond

If you asked me what I thought I’d be when I grew up it would have been a fireman. At the age of 30 years old I embarked on my real estate journey.

NOT YOUR AVERAGE AGENT

After graduating with honors from Stony Brook University in 2008 with a dual degree in Business Management and Economics Ray started in the financial field. After seeing markets crash he transitioned his financial analytic skills over to the real estate industry in 2011. Over the years he has built a reputation for helping solve financial issues surrounding the housing industry. From foreclosures to credit repair, he has mastered the tools necessary to help both homeowners and house flippers to be successful.

After hearing many horror stories from consumers getting taken advantage of in their times of need, he sought out with a goal to help people through the power of information. In 2014 Ray took his knowledge to the public and began hosting the radio show “Road To Financial Recovery”. The goal of the show was similar to that of Jim Cramer’s concept surrounding stocks on cnbc’s “Mad Money”. Ray’s show was designed to educate the masses on how to deal with financial issues surrounding foreclosures, credit repair, debt and anything housing.

Starting in 2017, Ray transitioned from his consulting role to a licensed real estate sales person. Using his connections with leading industry professionals he has established himself as agent who can solve any real estate dilemma. If you want to make a difficult real estate transaction smooth and hassle free this is the agent to use.

GIVING BACK

Growing up with a father in the fire department Ray was constantly exposed to individuals willing to lay down their lives to help others. After learning what real sacrifice was he grew a burning passion for helping others. Seeking out ways to give back Ray started by attending different charitable events.

It didn’t take long for Ray to realize how much charities need the support of others to grow. Over the years Ray has helped support charities surrounding families of 9/11 victims, Fire Department, Police, Military, terminally ill children, cancer, and many more. He enjoys donating time at homeless shelters, animal shelters, or lending a helping hand to a random stranger.

In August of 2018 Ray was faced with the passing of his youngest brother Christopher. He quickly began educating himself on the dangerous addiction  destroying the youth on Long Island. It is now his goal to establish a charity in his brothers name to help prevent any more families and friends from losing a loved one to addiction.

MOTIVATION, INSPIRATION, AND FINDING YOUR PASSION

Life can be a roller coaster of emotions. Often we can be can be our own worst enemies. It is important to develop winning routines to keep yourself on track for success. The people you surround yourself with can either draw energy from you or grow positive energy with you.

Motivation doesn’t suddenly just fill your body (unless its New Years Day maybe). The first step is to take action. After getting in motion you will make little accomplishments and will start to see your motivation begin. After being motivated the next step is to keep that energy going and find what inspires you to push harder. The last step is finding your passions in life to push forward with unlimited potential.

Ray loves sharing his energy with those around him. If you find your struggling to seize your potential Ray invites you to get involved. Call or message now to see how he can help you find your motivation, inspiration, and passion.

This Hangs On My Wall As Reminder

In order for ME to succeed I must remain focused and vigilant. I must learn to move forward with knowledge gained from poor business decisions. I must set my goals, create a game plan, and execute. Time is my greatest asset. Surround myself with those I love and trust most. Friends and Family. I begin my journey by starting 1 day early and working tonight. To those who are there in your time of need make special note to bring and share your future successes.
